LPS-induced dectin-1 expression in freshly isolated human PBMCs. (a) The relative dectin-1 mRNA expression was detected by RT-qPCT in hPBMCs at 4 and 24 h after LPS stimulation. (b) The dectin-1 cell surface expression was shown by FACS staining. (c) Increased Candida phagocytosis was associated with LPS-induced dectin-1 expression by monocytes.
