The figure shows the median % annexin V staining on CD4+ T-cells under different experimental conditions for both HIV positive and control groups. LPS induced a significant increase in annexin V staining in the controls () and this increase was significantly reduced in both HIV positive and controls (; , resp.) by a combination of vitamin C and NAC.
