Knockdown of TLR3 and RIG-I in BV-2 cells with shRNA transfection. BV-2 cells were transfected with shRNA specific for TLR3 (TLR3 KD), RIG-I (RIG-I KD), or control (CTR). (a) At 48 h after transfection, total cellular RNA was isolated, and the levels of TLR3 and RIG-I mRNAs were determined with qRT-PCR. (b) Western blotting was performed to detect TLR3 and RIG-I. (c) Proteins were quantified with immunoblot scanning and normalized to the amount of β-tubulin.
