Effects of mTOR siRNA on cell proliferation and sensitivity to cisplatin. To determine the effects of mTOR siRNA on cell proliferation and sensitivity of ESCC cells with mTOR siRNA to cisplatin, proliferations of the cells with or without mTOR siRNA treated with cisplatin at different concentrations for 24 h were detected with WST-8 dye.
