MOG-SPs treated mice develop significantly delayed and ameliorated EAE upon MOG challenge. Prevention experiments were performed as shown in Figure 1. EAE reinduction was performed 63 days after the first induction (10 mice/group). EAE development was monitored daily until day 30 after the second EAE induction. The scores of treatment groups were compared with the scores of PBS treated group at each time point. . Data shown were from a representative of three independent experiments.
