The mRNA expressions were detected using RT-qPCR. One representative experiment is shown and the error bars show the standard error of the mean (SEM) of the technical replicates. (d) Ectopic expression of SP140L and SP140 proteins in HEK293. The proteins were detected using anti-Myc and anti-FLAG antibodies, respectively.
