(b) CD4+CD45RA+T and CD4+CD45RAT cells were purified from HD. IL-17, IFN-, or Foxp3 expressions were detected by FACS after 7 days of culture. (c) CD4+CD45RA+T cells were purified from HD and CHF. IL-17, IFN-, or Foxp3 expressions were detected by FACS after 7 days of culture.
