Differential cytokine and chemokine secretion by keratinocytes and fibroblasts in response to rhTNFα. (a) Skin compared to gingiva keratinocytes; (b) skin compared to gingiva fibroblasts. Cultures were unexposed or exposed to rhTNFα (100 and 200 IU/mL) for 24 h in the culture medium. Culture supernatants were collected and analysed by ELISA.
