Expression level of molecules involved in signal transduction of the Wnt pathway (a), the mTOR/Akt pathway (b), the MAPK pathway (c), or prostaglandin, eicosanoid pathway (d). Microarray data for DC-tumor cell hybrids and DCs were compared. Positive values indicate upregulation in DC-tumor cell hybrids. Data from different probe sets were obtained for Frzb, WISP-1, and Gadd45β. For these gene products the average in gene expression is shown.
