Data were obtained using the gating and analysis strategies described in Figure 2, where representative dot plots of these three NK-cell subsets are presented. Results are expressed as mean ± standard deviation (minimum–maximum) of the percentage of positive (+) cells within each CD56+ NK-cell population and of the mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) and coefficient of variation (CV) of CD16 and CD56 expression. n.s.: not statistically significant. |
