Th17 cells and altered Foxp3+ Tregs cells are both increased in the lamina propria of mice. (a–d) Four-month-old mice and their littermate controls ( for each group) were sacrificed. Single cell suspensions of LP cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. LP cells were stimulated for 6 hrs to detect IL-17A. A representative of three independent experiments is shown.
