Storage Conditions of Conjugated Reagents Can Impact Results of Immunogenicity Assays

HPSEC traces of ruthenylated antibody conjugate stored at 1 mg/mL in PBS or in HSB. Each preparation was subjected to multiple freeze-thaw cycles by cycling between −80°C (approximately 16 hours) and 5°C (approximately 8 hours) prior to analysis by HPSEC: the light blue color: 0 F/T cycles; the red color: 1 F/T cycle; the green color: 3 F/T cycles; and the purple color: 5 F/T cycles. The retention times, structural designations, and peak areas are shown in Table 1.
