CryJ-LAMP DNA Vaccines for Japanese Red Cedar Allergy Induce Robust Th1-Type Immune Responses in Murine Model

IL-10R blockage does not change the priming of Th1 responses upon DNA vaccination. (a) Schematic view of vaccination protocol. Four groups of mice () were immunized with 50 μg control vector or 50 μg CryJ2-LAMP. Two groups were treated weekly with 0.5 mg anti-IL-10R mAb (clone 1B1.3a) six times by i.p. injection. Then recipients were boosted with 5 μg CryJ2 and bled as indicated. (b) Anti-CryJ2 IgG1 and IgG2a antibodies were analyzed by ELISA.
