Changes in the frequency of IgY-containing cells in the ovaries of hens during OVCA development and progression. (a) The population of stromal IgY-containing cells was significantly greater () in early stage OVCA than the stroma of normal ovaries. The frequency of IgY-containing cells increased further () in the stroma of the ovaries with tumor at late stages. (b) Although influx of IgY-containing cells increased in the stroma during OVCA progression, infiltration of IgY-containing cells into the tumor did not increase significantly.
