Expression of MMPs (MMP-1, MMP-3, MMP-9, and TIMP-1) and proteins from the fibrinolytic system (uPA, uPAR, and PAI-1) in ductal breast cancer samples with metastasis (N1) and without metastasis (N0). Semiquantitation of the signal was performed using ImageJ software and statistic significance acquired applying the Mann–Whitney U test .
