Local and Systemic CD4+ T Cell Exhaustion Reverses with Clinical Resolution of Pulmonary Sarcoidosis

Longitudinal data of sarcoidosis immune function during active disease versus resolution. CD4+ T cells from sarcoidosis subjects that had resolved their disease while participating in our study were analyzed for parameters associated with T cell exhaustion during active disease and during disease resolution.
