RT-PCR analysis of chemokine mRNA expression in LPLs and MLNs in acute DSS colitis in C57BL/6 and BALB/c mice. Levels of mRNA were normalized to β-actin mRNA and presented relative to levels observed in unchallenged BALB/c mice.
