Freshly isolated splenic B cells from an ILK WT (black) mouse and an ILK KO (grey) mouse underwent stimulation with ODN1826 (0.3 μM), resiquimod (1 μM), or LPS (5 μg/ml), and production of IgM (a) and IgG (b) was measured after 7 days.
