Murine B cells were stimulated with 0.3 μM ODN1826, 1 μM resiquimod, or 5 μg/ml LPS in the presence of different concentrations of OSU-T315. After 7 days of incubation, supernatant was taken for analysis of IgM and IgG. LPS-induced production of IL6 and TNFα was measured after 2 days of incubation. The proliferation rate of LPS-activated murine B cells was measured by 3H thymidine incorporation after 3 days of incubation. Data are the means with SEM of 2 independently performed experiments. |
