IFN-γ production by PBMC from peptide-vaccinated bovines after challenge. PBMC were purified at 3 dpc and cultured in the presence of peptide or inactivated virus. The supernatants were tested by a sandwich ELISA. Results are expressed in pg/ml by interpolation in a cytokine standard curve.
