Enhanced Regeneration and Hepatoprotective Effects of Interleukin 22 Fusion Protein on a Predamaged Liver Undergoing Partial Hepatectomy

IL-22-FP promotes liver regeneration in a CCl4 model after PHx. Male C57BL/6 mice (8 to 10 wk old) were randomly divided into four groups: the CCl4 group, PHx group, CCl4 + PHx group, and CCl4 + PHx + IL-22-FP group.
