<div>C3G blunting HHE-induced JNK activation in RPE cells. Confluent ARPE-19 cells were pretreated with 100 <i>μ</i>M C3G or vehicle control (DMSO) for 2 h. Then, HHE (50 <i>μ</i>M) was challenged to the cells for various time periods. Proteins were collected and analyzed using Western blotting.</div>
