Fold increases in cytokine-producing and CD107a-expressing T cells in response to PHA stimulation. Fold increases in TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-2, and IL-10 cytokine production, and CD107a expression, by CD4+ (a) and CD8+ (b) T cells in response to PHA stimulation by all participants, compared with regard to before in vivo vaccination on day 0 (D0) and at day 7 (D7), day 28 (D28), month 6 (6m), month 7 (7m), and month 12 (12m) after vaccination.
