Blockade Effects of Anti-Interferon- (IFN-) γ Autoantibodies on IFN-γ-Regulated Antimicrobial Immunity

Figure 2

Treatment with anti-IFN-γ autoAbs decreases IFN-γ-induced cytokine and chemokine production in differentiated macrophages. After treatment with anti-IFN-γ autoAb-positive patient serum (PS) or anti-IFN-γ autoAb-negative healthy serum (HS), ELISAs showed the production of (a) TNF-α and (b) IP-10 by IFN-γ-stimulated PMA-differentiated macrophages. The quantitative data are shown as the from three independent experiments. compared with the control group. and compared with the HS group.
