Combined effects of LPS and MDP on surface Ig expression. Resting B cells were stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) and MDP (10 μg/mL). After 4 days of culture, cells were stained with anti-IgG2b-PE, anti-IgG3-PE, or anti-IgM-PE, and surface Ig expression was analyzed by flow cytometry.
