Similar Transition Processes in Synovial Fibroblasts from Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis: A Single-Cell Study

Overall design of this study. Firstly, scRNA-seq data of 384 CD45-CD235a-CD31-PDPN+ synovial fibroblasts were downloaded from GEO dataset (GSE109449, Ref. [5]). After data import and normalization, 39 low-quality data were discarded. Then, dimension reduction was made and developmental trajectory was constructed, and 5 developmental states were identified. DEGs and functional enrichment analyses were made to illustrate the similarity and heterogeneity of SFs between RA and OA, and among different states.
