Five representative patients (1-5) are shown. All patients had a medical treatment. In FCM, one arbitrary unit for IC-eDNA was defined as equivalent to the number of events observed with one unit of anti-DNA antibodies incubated with calf thymus DNA, in the gate built around DNA immune complexes.
