Immunoregulatory Effects of Subcutaneous Immunotherapy on Lymphocyte Subgroups and Cytokines in Children with Asthma

<div>Changes in peripheral blood Th1/Th2 cell ratios. Flow cytometry was used to detect (a) the percentage of Th1 cells in peripheral blood by labeling with anti-CD4 and IFN-<i>γ</i> (CD4<sup>+</sup>IFN-<i>γ</i><sup>+</sup>) fluorescent antibodies, (b) the percentage of Th2 cells using anti-CD4 and IL-4 (CD4<sup>+</sup>IL-4<sup>+</sup>) fluorescent antibodies for subjects in the SCIT group at three time points;
