The Immunotherapeutic Effect of SIRPα-Silenced DCs against Cervical Cancer

Figure 4

ELISA and ELISPOT analysis of IFN-γ. The IFN-γ secretion levels of the DCs induced and TC-1 cell-stimulated splenocytes at 90 : 1, 30 : 1, and 10 : 1 ratios were determined by ELISA. The plate was processed according to the manufacturer’s protocol, and the wells were photographed using a micropublisher camera on a stereo microscope. The dots were counted manually using an ImageJ cell counter. The frequencies of the activated antigen-specific cytotoxic T cells in splenocytes harvested from immunized C57BL/6 mice () were evaluated via ELISPOT. (Ad-shSIRPα vs. Ad-shControl).
