Blockade of B7-H4 suppresses Tregs in salivary gland. (a–d) The salivary glands were collected from IgG isotype ctrl treatment and anti-B7-H4 mAb treatment NOD/Ltj mice. Relative levels of (a) Foxp3 mRNA, (b) IL-10 mRNA, (c) IL-2 mRNA, and (d) TGF-β mRNA were determined by quantitative RT-PCR. Two-tailed Student’s -test. All the data presented were from three independent experiments.
