Effect of mammalian HLF RNAi on lipid content in mouse 3T3-L1 cells. Cells in culture were transfected with control and HLF dsRNA and processed for lipid assay 48 h later (see text for details). Lipid content in 3T3-L1 cells was reduced by HLF dsRNA treatment (* versus naïve; ; mean ± standard error mean), which also reduced HLF mRNA content (not shown).
