RT-PCR detection of Contig16 in different development stages of F. chinensis. Shrimps from different postlarvae (PL) stages were used for transcripts detection. 1–7 represented PL15, PL 30, PL45, PL60, PL75, PL90, and PL105, respectively. 18S-rRNA was used to normalize the amount of cDNA.
