Electrophoresis at 2 0 C in 16% polyacrylamide gels in 25 mM Britton-Robinson buffer (pH 7.0) containing 50 mM KCl. Each well contains ~0.5  𝜇 M of oligomer. In lines 1–10 there were loaded TEL1, TEL1-3-T-7, TEL1-5-T-7, TEL1-3-5-T-7, TEL1-3-T-11, TEL1-5-T-11, TEL1-ran, TEL2, TEL1-5-TTA-18, and TEL1-3-5-TTA-18 oligomers. Random 20- and 40-mer are loaded in lines 11 and 12.
