Electrophoretic records of studied DNA oligonucleotides. Electrophoretic gel and buffer contained 50 mM NaCl (a, b) and 50 mM KCl (b, d), gels in (b) and (d) also contained 30 μM TO. 0.4 μL of DNA from 1 mM stock solution was applied to each electrophoretic well (~3 μM). The S-line represents the mobility of the mixture of oligonucleotides: d, d(AC)₁₄, and d(AC)₁₈.
