Electrophoretic record of DNA oligonucleotides in the presence of PEG-200. Electrophoretic gel and buffer contained 50 mM KCl. DNA samples were heated to 95°C for 5 min, slowly cooled, and then loaded into the electrophoretic wells. 0.4 μL of DNA from 1 mM stock solution was applied to each electrophoretic well (~3 μM). The loading buffer contained 50 wt% PEG-200.
