Effect of fullerene derivatives on IL-1𝛽 release in HEK cells. HEK cells were treated with the different doses of fullerene derivatives for 24 hours. Cytokine ELISA detection kits were used to evaluate IL-1𝛽 cytokines. The concentration of released cytokines was calculated by cytokine standard curve in the same measuring plate. Data are means ± SEM. of quadruplicate cultures in each treatment group.
