Effect of fullerene derivatives on TNF-, GRO and RANTES release in HEK cells. Cells were treated with fullerene derivatives for 24 hours. Cytokine ELISA detection kits were used to evaluate cytokines. TNF- (a), GRO (b) and RANTES (c) release were significantly altered by fullerene derivatives.
