Charged aggregated aerosol nanocomposites, for example the aggregated aerosol nanobatteries or aggregated aerosol nanothermites are continuously electrostatically rehydrated in humid air. This can result in a periodic transformation of the metal oxide based dielectric or semiconductor interphase barriers into the metal hydroxide based electrolyte interphase barriers, with the corresponding periodic reactivation of the electrochemical and electron emission discharge processes in the aggregated aerosol nanocomposites.
