ZnO and MgZnO Nanocrystalline Flexible Films: Optical and Material Properties

The room-temperature transmission spectra of the ZnO and Mg0.3Zn0.7O films; bandgaps of ~3.34 eV and 4.02 eV, respectively, were obtained. The inset to the figure is the transmission spectrum of the bare FEP substrate indicating a significant UV-transparency.
