Biocompatibility of nonpigmented, standard PMMA (Std-PMMA) and /-containing PMMA (NP-PMMA) as assessed through a metabolic assay in NIH-3T3 fibroblast-like cell line cultures. Cells were exposed to PMMA formulations during 24 or 72 h. No significant differences were found between groups, according to one-way ANOVA test ().
