The time-resolved PL spectra of PVP at 300 K excited by pulse N2 laser with 337 nm wavelength, pulse width of 7 ns, and frequency of 10 Hz. The delay times after the excitation pulse are 33 ns, 37 ns, 40 ns, 44 ns, and 50 ns, respectively.
