SERS spectra of λ-DNA samples (50 ng/μL) on the AgNB substrate (a) and on the disordered AgNW substrate (b). Characteristic peaks of λ-DNA on the AgNB substrate were more distinguishable than those on the disordered AgNW substrate, with relatively high intensity and low fluorescence background.
