The effect of AH+, Epiphany and GuttaFlow endodontic sealers on the mitochondrial activity of the RAW macrophage cell line. Mitochondrial activity was normalized to the control without sealers stimulation. Stimulated macrophages (with heat killed P. gingivalis) with and without the various endodontic sealers were cultured for 24 hrs. Cell viability was tested using the XTT test. The results are expressed as the mean + SD. Statistically significant differences between the control (media) and the different groups are indicated by asterisks () wells.
