A Novel Complex: A Quantum Dot Conjugated to an Active T7 RNA Polymerase

N-terminal amino acid sequence of the biotinylated T7 RNAP. The N-terminal part of the enzyme begins with a 15aa sequence recognized by biotin ligase. Then follows a 3aa spacer and the His6-tag whereupon the aa sequence of the T7 RNAP begins.
