Dependences of - obtained for the texture axis (110) of a highentropy alloy Ti-V-Zr-Nb-Hf deposited in a nitrogen-free atmosphere (1), for the texture axis (111) (a straight line 2) and (110) (a straight line 3), which was the coating of the highest hardness (58–60) GPa deposited in the nitrogen atmosphere at  Pa and  V, using a method of crystalline groups.
