Engineered auricle tissue by microtia chondrocytes reconstructed in 3D collagen scaffold with and without PRP. Neocartilage was analyzed by their gross morphology ((a)–(d)), H&E stain ((e)–(h)) (200x), and IHC of Col II ((i)–(l)), SOX9 ((m)–(p)), and Aggrecan stain ((q)–(t)) (200x → 400x) on days 14 and 28.
