Impact of BisBAL nanoparticles on erythrocytes, leukocytes, and neutrophils count and hemoglobin level. Cell viability MTT assays were performed to determine the influence of 0, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 500, and 1000 μM of BisBAL NPs, added to an erythrocytes, leukocytes, and neutrophils monolayer and incubated for 24 hrs. 1% of SDS was used as positive control and 1000 μM of bismuth nitrate (bulk) was employed to compare with bismuth nanostructures. After that, the number of erythrocytes, leukocytes, and neutrophils and hemoglobin level were determined.
