Synthesis of Nitrogen-Doped Carbon Nanotubes Using Injection-Vertical Chemical Vapor Deposition: Effects of Synthesis Parameters on the Nitrogen Content

<div>XRD patterns of CNTs (red) deposited using 5 mg/mL of FcH/para-xylene and N-CNTs (blue) deposited with 5 mg/mL of FcH/ACN using the IV-CVD reactor. For both samples, the H<sub>2</sub> flow rate was 1000 mL/min, the deposition temperature was 800°C, and the deposition time was 1 h.</div>
