Effect of the E-RL100 : E-RS100 ratio on NPs characteristics. NPs were prepared without surfactants at 20% drug loading and various E-RL100 : E-RS100 ratios. The solvent was evaporated, the free drug was removed by filtration, and the entrapment efficiency, particle size, polydispersity index, zeta potential, and percentage yield were determined.
