cAMP production in Eudragit exendin-4-encapsulated solid lipid nanoparticles-treated INS-1 cells. INS-1 cells were treated with different concentrations of exendin-4 (Ex-4), Eudragit blank solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs), and Eudragit Ex-4 SLNs for 15 min and the cells were extracted using 0.1 M HCl. cAMP production was examined in the whole cell lysate using competitive cAMP immunoassay kit.
